Simon de Boer
Director of Technical Development / Snap Media Corp.
Simon is Snap Media's Director of Technical Development and as such he is adept at making creative ideas a technical reality. A key player in the production process, Simon leads programming, database and server based technological development. Simon works hard to make sure the most effective technological tools are applied or created for each Snap Media project and always keeps the end user experience in mind.
Simon's extensive background in web development and programming means he's an integral asset to the Snap Media team. He's worked as the Principal Web Developer of Leitch Technology International Inc. and as Head Programmer at Web Sorcery. Both of these positions provided him with invaluable experience in eBusiness, content management systems and all phases of the application development process, from initial idea generation, through the realization of the project to the ongoing maintenance and upgrade cycle.

Erik Davis
Development Executive / Extend Media
As a Development Executive, Erik is responsible for defining and establishing relationships with key industry players and influencers. Over the past 2.5 years at ExtendMedia, he has worked with such clients as Cablevision, Bravo, American Movie Classics, Women's Entertainment, MuchMusic USA, News 12 Long Island, Madison Square Gardens, The Sporting News, Dick Wolf Productions and Robin Leach to develop strategies and applications for leveraging interactive television to engage and inform viewers.
Prior to joining Extend, Erik was responsible for Product Management of the Rogers@Home High Speed Internet service. In this role, he launched a number of new enhancements to the service including Multiple Computer Access and Dial-Up Access, while managing the relationship with content partners @Home Canada and Excite. Erik also spent a number of years in the travel industry in Business Affairs and Marketing roles. He holds a BA in English and an MBA in Business Strategy, both from the University of Toronto.
